Showtime offers free preview weekend, 'Rockhold vs. Jardine' included

Looking for some MMA on television this weekend but haven't made the commitment to subscribe to Showtime yet?

"Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Jardine" airs on Showtime Saturday night, and the channel is being made available for free to viewers across the nation.

The Showtime All Access Free Preview Weekend begins Friday, Jan. 6 and runs through Sunday, Jan. 8.

Cable and satellite television subscribers will have free access to Showtime, Showtime HD and Showtime on Demand, though not all services are available in all areas. Subscribers are advised to call their local service providers to find out what services will be offered in their area or to advise their provider if they do not wish to receive the programming.

Additionally, viewers who tune in and order Showtime for the first time can get $25 cash back.

"Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Jardine" takes place Jan. 7 at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The night's main card, including a main event between Strikeforce middleweight champion Luke Rockhold and longtime veteran Keith Jardine, airs on Showtime.

The night's preliminary card airs on Showtime Extreme, though that channel may not be included in your provider's free preview package.
