Bout order revealed for February's 'UFC 144: Edgar vs. Henderson' event

The 12-bout lineup for the UFC's long-awaited return to Japan is now official.

While all 12 contests for "UFC 144: Edgar vs. Henderson" were announced back in November, UFC brass recently set the evening's schedule.

Featuring a lightweight title fight between current champion Frankie Edgar (14-1-1 MMA, 9-1-1 UFC) and top contender Ben Henderson (15-2 MMA, 3-0 UFC), UFC 144 takes place Sunday, Feb. 26, at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. Due to the time difference, the pay-per-view main card airs live on Saturday, Feb. 25, at 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. PT) in North America.
 
UFC 144 marks the UFC's first show in Japan since UFC 29 in late 2000.

Broadcast plans for the evening's preliminary card have yet to be announced, but the contests are expected to air on either FX or FUEL TV.
